My idea for a lesson plan is based off of the game Castle Attack. I have modified it to use robots instead and the objective of the lesson is to practice for the kind of questions students may see on the eikan and also practice bilingual translation. And it would basically work like Castle Attack. The class would be divided into two or three groups and they would take turns answering and when they get an answer right, they can choose to build their own robot or choose to attack another team’s robot. And the last robot standing with most parts left is the winner. Please see the attached powerpoint and photo of the robots.
